Commercial corridors are concentrations of businesses and services; they are the hearts of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods. With funding from the City’s Department of Commerce, two neighborhood commercial corridors serve Promise Zone residents: 52nd Street — between Pine and Arch — is managed by Akeem Dixon of The Enterprise Center.
