Join us for the first Benefits Access Coalition training of 2019 on Community Health Choices (CHC). CHC is Pennsylvania’s mandatory managed care program for individuals who are eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare (dual eligibles), older adults, and individuals with physical disabilities. CHC also provides Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS)  to participants who need the level of care provided in a nursing home.

Expert trainers from Community Legal Services and the Pennsylvania Health Access Network (PHAN) will be on hand to review program details and answer all of your questions. You will also learn about opportunities to take action in support of these and other important public benefits.
